Level One · Foundation
Alchemy Regulation Technique
The first step toward becoming a facilitator. Learn the core tools to regulate the nervous system using the Alchemy Regulation Technique framework. The same foundation every AoB student begins with.
You will come out of the Alchemy Regulation Technique with a daily practice, a framework for your own regulation, and the groundwork that Practitioner Advanced and Facilitator Training build on.
Level Two · Deepening
Inner Journey
A deep personal transformation journey. Fourteen weeks of recorded teachings paired with one-to-one mentor sessions. You do the inner work before you hold space for anyone else.
Covers the seven chapters of inner journey: the Call, the Inner Child, Shadow Work, Finding the Treasure, Atonement, the Return, and Opening the Book of Your Life.
Level Three · Certification
Facilitator Training
Full certification as an AoB facilitator. 23 seminars of professional skills: facilitation technique, guiding breathwork sessions, trauma awareness, Mandala Breath, integration, and the business of breathwork.
Weekly live calls with your trainers, real-time Q&A, expert feedback on your case studies and practice sessions. Graduate at BreathCamp in Tuscany.
Level Four · Immersion
BreathCamp
An immersive week at ASHA, weaving traditional healing with contemporary neuroscience. Consolidate everything you have learned. Lead real sessions. Practice hands-on with your cohort.

ASHA Retreat Centre sits on 37 acres of untouched Tuscan land near Castell'Azzara. Founded in 2020 by Anthony Abbagnano and Amy Rachelle, it was built as a sanctuary for healing, creativity, and community.
