This is not a certification you complete and file away. The Alchemy of Breath Facilitator Training is 8 months of becoming — deepening your own practice while gaining the knowledge, skills, and community to hold space for others.

Two journeys, one continuous arc. Your own transformation is the foundation for everything you will eventually hold for others.

The Inner Journey

Seven chapters of personal transformation — meeting the inner child, embracing shadow, finding the treasure. Your own healing is not preparation. It is the work itself.

The Facilitator Journey

Facilitation skills, guiding breathwork sessions, trauma-informed body work, integration and advanced techniques, breathwork as a business, and the transition into professional practice.

Live Calls, Community and Mentorship

Weekly live calls with the trainer team, expert feedback on case studies, and full access to the I Am Alchemy community — the largest network of breathwork facilitators in the world.

BreathCamp Graduation · ASHA, Tuscany

Your training concludes with a live immersive practicum at ASHA in Tuscany, where you lead real sessions and graduate as a certified Alchemy of Breath Facilitator.

Trauma-Informed Practice

Built into every layer of the training. You will learn how the body holds what words cannot reach, and how to hold space for that with safety and care.
